Meet The Doctor
Dr. Susana Moncada is the owner and leading dentist at Windermere Dental Group in Orlando, Florida. Her vision is to create a unique environment where dental patients can get back to full dental health in the least amount of time possible by combining different disciplines all in one place. To that effect, Dr. Moncada has completed extensive training in:
- CEREC® 3D: The latest technology that allows her to do most restorations, including crowns, in one single visit.
- ORTHODONTICS: Both braces and Invisalign are performed by Dr. Moncada. She has completed extensive training in orthodontics including Invisalign to give her patients the best set of alternatives to accomplish their dental goals.
- COSMETIC DENTISTRY: Dr. Moncada firmly believes that her cosmetic patients are better served when they have access to multiple ways of reaching their goals. She believes that excellent outcomes are the result of careful planning, so she masterfully combines her cosmetic experience with her orthodontic skills to create the best results for her patients. She is also LUMINEERS certified to provide non-preparation Veneers that allow her to create magnificent smiles without removing as much tooth material as with conventional veneers.
Dr. Moncada truly believes that her biggest duty is to her patients and helping them avoid any of the scenarios that create dental problems while providing a relaxing environment with classical music, movies, and the latest technological gadgets to entertain our patients while they have treatment.
Dr. Susana Moncada is originally from Venezuela, where she graduated from the Universidad Central de Venezuela in 1997 with Honors. Immediately after her graduation, she decided to come to this beautiful country and make it her home. In 2002, she graduated from Nova Southeastern University again with honors and is a member of the prestigious Omicron Kappa Epsilon.
